Pros

The normal people who work there are great. Good luck to them all.

Cons

My experience with this company was mostly awful. The work environment was downright toxic, driven by a constant hire-and-fire mentality that made everyone feel replaceable. The staff turnover was so extreme that people disappeared weekly, sometimes without any explanation. It created an atmosphere of instability and paranoia that management seemed either oblivious to or simply didn’t care about. Management love to say staff need to “take accountability” but refuse to take any themselves. Training? Support? Nonexistent. New employees were tossed into the deep end with almost zero guidance (other than 1 week of initial mundane and out-dated training) then blamed for not magically knowing how to do their jobs perfectly. Leadership consistently made promises they didn’t keep (both to employees and to clients) which only added to the dysfunction. Dishonesty felt baked into the culture. What pushed things from bad to unacceptable was the behavior from VERY senior members of staff. In my experience, inappropriate comments about female employees were thrown around casually. At times, the remarks were so personal and so wildly unprofessional that I was taken aback. Overall, this was the most chaotic, disrespectful, and unhealthy workplace I’ve encountered.

Pros

Absolutely nothing I can think of

Cons

Weird place to work. Office is the equivalent of a dungeon. You’re timed by your computer if you go to the toilet / make a drink. Boys club.

Pros

I joined ReviewSolicitors as a BDM, excited by the role and the potential for growth, only to realise very quickly that the company is structurally unstable and culturally misaligned for anyone seeking merit-based progression. My experience exposed deep issues in leadership, management, and the way “perks” are leveraged to enforce conformity rather than reward genuine performance.

Cons

High Management Turnover: In the short time before I joined, multiple managers were sacked. Culture of Surveillance and Conformity: The office environment is highly structured socially. Free lunches, in-house bars, and mandatory team bonding events are framed as perks but are leveraged as tools of subtle control Micromanagement Disguised as Training: Training is rigid, and even the smallest deviation from the script is seen as failure, regardless of skill, initiative, or preparation.
