Great product training from reps of brands sold, colleagues on the most part are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Area managers will use bullying tactics, swear, belittle you and shout and will do anything to break you down. Head office although are aware of this have not done anything to take action to complaints made from employees. No organisation and the communication from shop to head office is terrible. Human resources are not doing their job properly by allowing bullying and unfair treatment to be allowed by area managers for the sake of a profit margin.
