      Revitas is changing everything and a great place to make a difference

      Pros

      If you ever wanted to work for a company who knew they had to make a lot of changes to be successful and then did! this is the place. New development approach, commitment to quality and a focus on customer success.

      Cons

      Change often scares people, some who were at Revitas for along time just could not adjust but many realize it is an incrededible opportunity.

      Good company/people caught in the hands of some real filthy people

      Pros

      *Good salary compared to other employers in Ahmedabad, a remote location for an IT job *Still has some flavour left of US work culture *Reasonalble work life balance but not so good

      Cons

      *people are good but in the hands of other not so good people. *Driven by whims of higher management which is constantly changing. *did not adopt to the right tech and tools and arch at right time. Now in a hurry they are trying with the same. *everytime bring a new person and seek guidance and results from him and when they think that the new guy could jot deliver, fire him. Not so good a practice.
