Pros

Health Benefits, 401k match and PTO State-of-the-art software

Cons

Working at this company has been a deeply disappointing experience. The environment is rife with drama and negativity, creating a toxic, fear-based culture. Leadership employs a top-down approach, prioritizing popularity over merit, knowledge, and skills. Favoritism is prevalent among the C-suite, with promotions and significant raises awarded to a select few. The organization engages in heavy micromanagement, contributing to low morale. Employees are expected to take on additional workloads without compensation, and there is a noticeable lack of guidance, coaching, or clear career paths. Employee well-being and work-life balance are not priorities, leading to a stressful work environment. Expressing opinions or speaking up is discouraged, as it often results in termination. A VP once held a meeting where employees were told to keep their heads down and avoid being "toxic," which displayed a lack of empathy and care for the team. Harassment from upper management is a daily occurrence, and the HR team is aware but does not address it. Reporting such behavior often leads to being blacklisted and eventually fired. The company retaliates against any employee who goes against the CEO favorites. The company is extremely political, with poor communication and the frequent oversharing of confidential information. Some leaders even encourage competitive conflict among employees, hindering actual growth and collaboration. Overall, this company is not suitable for anyone seeking a supportive, balanced, and fair work environment. Avoid if you value your career and well-being.
