Great Sales Experience

Pros

Great team environment. This was a great place to gain experience with a developmental consultant and sales role. Having had the opportunity to knock hundreds of doors was a great inroduction into direct customer feedback, client interaction, and customer relationship management.

Cons

Dealing with the elements (wind, rain, snow, cold, etc.). Facing rejection.

Management is amazing, will always go out of their way to help you and will absolutely give you the tools needed to succeed. Whether or not you use them is entirely up to you

Cons

It’s door knocking so obviously very hard to do mentally, however they do a great job of helping to keep your mental state sharp and in the game. Fully commission based so you will not make a cent if you don’t sell solar. Takes a while to get payed, only receive full check upon successful installation.
