Overworked under paid, not Dot compliant, told to avoid weight stations at all times, company will fire you without reason, was talked down to every time I tried to talk to management, dangerous work conditions/ fatigued drivers, no benefits, you will not be rewarded for the hard work you do, equipment is outdated and dangerous, highway patrol knows this company very well, you will have no life how could you working 17 hours a day, no culture or values, will belittle you and make you feel unwanted . Out of the 8 trucks they have 3 are usually broken down, they go through drivers like hot cakes and dont really care because they can replace you easily.
