They say "The people make the place" and Rewiring America definitely lives up to that! I worked with some of the best, most intelligent, and talented people during my time at Rewiring. It's a mission-driven non-profit that believes in what it's doing, and helping communities; all while valuing creative messaging. Compensation and benefits are very good and competitive.
Cons
While it is a non-profit, Rewiring America functions a lot like a tech start-up. This isn't necessarily a negative, but it can lead to extremely crunchy timelines, lack of clarity, and miscommunication.
