Sugar coating, over friendly environment throughout your employment. very interested to know personal life and stuffs of employees.

Cons

There is no employer-employee professionalism. No transparency. Manipulative sweet environment. Working hours more than 60 hrs. each week with less week offs. Never submit original documents to them, they seize it off. No value for employee's hard work and loyalty towards the company. Untrustworthy. Slow career growth. Low salary, more work.
