Pros

- living and working in Oxon (!) - annual bonus (based on personal and company performance) - new and modern office setting - annual team building trips (is one is into it) - free parking - international group of usually interesting individuals - additional health plan and retirement plan - fruits and biscuits

Cons

- money driven small business (quantity > quality) - very short deadlines resulting in nervous atmosphere in the office - missing, or very limited personal development plan - lack of long-term well defined visible strategic goals - open space office (a.k.a. obligatory participation in all the phone calls) - lack of essential expertise at the management level (technical and interpersonal) - no flexibility of working hours (typical 9-5 job), next to impossible working from home time - very poor internal communication

Pros

I initially started in an Inside Sales role and have recently progressed to a Business Development position. Since Rezatec is a fast-growth company, there are lots of opportunities to progress through each business function, which was very important to me when joining. As well as progression opportunities, in my role, there are also possibilities to travel for conferences and events. I have been to North America and Europe in the last few months. I get to speak with people all over the world, helping them solve real-world problems. The company is developing some great solutions to aid the environment, which makes me proud to work here. There are regular company events and chances for company days out to watch tennis, etc. Work-life balance is good with generous holidays and flexible working. I have found the people at Rezatec to all be very welcoming and friendly. The management team are all approachable and understanding which makes it an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Nothing of note. With a growing company, you need to be ready for changes and teething issues along the way - but that is part of the fun. Feedback is taken on board.
