Complete lack of leadership at the exec level. A number of ex BAE team who were offloaded into the joint venture to avoid further negative impact in the BAE business. Business culture akin to the 1970’s, no modern or current ways of thinking and a strong blame culture from the top tier. Huge amounts of money signed off by the exec for senior consultants who are then ignored and the spend brushed under the carpet.

Business areas working in isolation Very poor leadership and management of staff. Wages are much less than competitors. Far too process driven. Archaic and toxic management style No value placed on experienced staff.
