      Great Team and Office Culture, Lacking Other places

      Pros

      Team is great and friendly, they were like family. I would work there again, assuming they raise their pay rates.

      Cons

      Used to be on the higher end of the pay scale, now on the lower end. Promised they were different and would protect employees in low times. Worked so much overtime during COVID only to be rewarded with redundancy last year. All while the Global Financal officer told me the how well the company was doing as a whole.

      Great company with questionable future outlook

      Pros

      No workplace toxicity or micromanagment at all. Same holidays as banks and government offices. Great group of colleagues and I have nothing negative to say about my past manager or anyone in my past team. Everyone is friendly and willing to help out.

      Cons

      At the time of this writing, layoffs/restructuring are still occurring. I was told there would be no layoffs in my department. There are no pay raises being given out to anyone in the US based offices per what I was told prior to my layoff, This is why despite the environment being great, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone at the time of this writing.

      This place is a clown show!! Professionals should avoid.

      Pros

      Large parent company in Germany, so there is presumably resources to keep things afloat here in the US.

      Cons

      No strategic leadership. No structure or systems in place to help you do your job. Unrealistic expectations given what you have to work with. No value proposition, so it can only try to be the lowest cost option. No commitment to true growth for the employee or client. Can only be a transactional freight forwarder.
