Pros
Nice face-to-face co-workers. Nice offices, but open plan bull-pen style. Interesting products and staff days for testing outdoor products.
Cons
Since being acquired a few years ago, there has been a lot of turnover of top management and some chaotic ups and downs. Resulting in a recent wave of redundancies. There were a few people made redundant within 6 months of joining, which would be frustrating if you left an okay job to join Rhino.
