Pros

Amazing company Moved to direct deposit, which is a god send. Great hours if you’re taking shifts that are up in the air. I like the triage system for on call, which rewards picking up shifts when others give them up. Can literally walk in the door and talk to the owner and management. Co-workers are pretty chill and are willing to teach you how to work a site. Overall pretty great experience ESPECIALLY THROUGH SCHOOL!

Cons

Not government funded company, or large company with many resources and deep pockets.

Pros

- Never felt forced to take a shift that wasn't scheduled - Some flexibility in what sites you work - Excellent HR, great staff all around

Cons

- Shifts were sometimes sporadic / not consistent - They didn't like it when guards sat while on post

Pros

There is nothing good to say about this company

Cons

The owner at Rhino also owned James Security. He decided to sell it because his reputation was horrible. Working for him back at James he bounced checks. Stole hours from employees. Hired shady managers. Rhino is no different. This is a former police officer! Stay away!
