Rhoddy use to be a great place to work, until the owner decided to go on a firing spree and fired all the people who actually made a difference. This made employees feel a lack of job security and the culture went downhill. Owner decided to hire a new person to run his company. This was his second mistake. This new person in charge has no leadership skills, doesn't show appreciation or give recognition to his employees, micromanages, takes credit for everything, plays favorites, lacks humanity and self awareness. There are also other members who gossip and create a very negative atmosphere. People who work there now are miserable and are not happy to be there, it's just a 9-5 job for them. People come and go, this is not a long term career for anyone until changes are made.

Leadership is incompetent, projects are mismanaged, intimidation and bullying are commonplace. Employees are routinely fired without cause if they speak out against poor treatment or question the business practices. There is a lack of experience and expertise across the organization, which is a result of the exceptionally high turnover.
