- Gives employees time and incentives to enjoy their passion for the outdoors. (free winter gear rentals and free bike rentals, stipend to purchase a ski pass or to use towards your outdoor hobby) - 4 day work weeks during peak summer months to play hard before working hard for winter preparation. - Open communication and flat hierarchy, can freely say and suggest ideas to leadership team. - Contributes to the local community with free events, etc. - 1% to the Planet member.

- Busy during the winter season, long hours but still staff inspire, motivate and help each other so that you can ride pow in the winter.
