      Management lacks practical experience and regard for employees. HR nightmare.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment, workplace and physical environmental conditions are favorable.

      Cons

      The only people making real money here are the Rices and their closest friends! GREED! Some executive management is extremely crude and unprofessional. NEPOTISM galore! If you're not accepted into the "club", you'll be made to feel like an outsider. HR is a complete joke, they lie and conspire with execs, they work against the employees. There is very little work life balance.

      Pros

      Very laid back atmosphere and there always seems to be something fun going on to keep up employee morale. Very family-oriented.

      Cons

      Not enough salary, not enough professionalism, not enough adherence to industry standards or professional training among the Land department. So much nepotism.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, good managers, no micromanaging, a lot of trust, RESPECT, great pay and good benefits. Insurance is paid 100%, every single employee receives company stock. Most importantly, Rice c ares about the individual's personal life. Family always comes first.

      Cons

      My particular position is still being developed so I don't always have enough to do, but as the position evolves I get more to do. It is better every day.
