      Great working atmosphere, relaxed and welcoming. Support for staff is second to none. Work from home is supported. Whilst the company aspires to 60% in-office time, it is quite relaxed. Support for training and levelling up is encouraged.

      Workload can be overwhelming at times due to staff shortage.
