Pros

Deep fine jewelry discounts during the holidays.

Cons

Upper management is very unprofessional and gossipy. If you are liked by upper management your job is safe regardless of whether or not you know what you are doing. You will get promoted if they like you NOT because of your knowledge. They practice favoritism which is demoralizing to the people who actually have a brain there. They run this company like a High School clique from the presidents to SVPs they are all cliquey. This company is more like a sorority with health benefits.

Pros

pointless parties every month so free food

Cons

NO TRAINING AT ALL. THEY WILL THROW WORK AT YOU AND YOU’RE ON YOUR OWN.(Slowly you will turn into a YES-NO robot)HIGHER UPS ACT ARROGANT. EVERYONE TALK BADLY ABOUT EACH OTHER(it’s a real gossipy place) THEY SHOW EXTREME FAVORITISM. HR IS SO USELESS. The President (Bobby) lies and brushes problem under the rug. Greedy company that is only worried about the money. Doesn’t care about the employees one bit. Everyone is disposable. NO CONSISTENCY with procedures. Different departments doing the same type of job differently. (This place is soo backwards) Not to mention the lack of security in which random people can be allowed on the floor. (no safety)I’ve seen more people cry here than a funeral. If you’re looking for a miserable place with no sense of if you will randomly get fired because of budget cuts then this is the place for you:)

Pros

Employee Discount Insurance - It is a pricey but the coverage is great. Events - they have a company picnic each year and a Holiday Party. This could be a great place to work if they raised the salaries and got rid of most of their management The pro ‘s had a 20 word minimum which I️ honestly struggled with to find enough words to say something positive about working here .The best day working here was my last

Cons

I worked in accounting and I️ wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you are offered a job here RUN the other way . The co-workers are great but the management is the worst I️ have ever come across in all my years of working .They show no appreciation to the workers. It seems the only people that get ahead are lazy, rude or brown nosers. They are actually threatened by anyone that they feel is more knowledgeable then them. The training if you want to call it that is a joke it consists of you have a computer and a sign on Ok great you are good to go. If I️ wanted to the do it yourself approach I️ would work at Lowe’s. Management does not value their employees and does nothing about employees being mistreated. Supervisors talk about and make fun of their staff and no one seems to care. If you want to spend your entire working career in a dead end job then this is definitely the place for you , unless they outsource your job overseas.
