      Great company to work for. They care about their employees!

      Pros

      Wonderful owners who care about their people, all the way down to management. Great pay structure, very community oriented. Really loved the rate of pay, and if you ever needed some help, you ALWAYS received it. Couldn't be happier with my time with Richmond Ford!

      Cons

      Micromanagement seems to be a little more prevalent here. Managers dont always seem to be on the same page on things.
