Extremely loud constant construction noise that interferes with ability to focus and do job Constantly changing rules and atmosphere in general Does not care about their employees and will show that by disregarding active issues as well as firing an ENTIRE department of people Quality work falling on blind eyes due to weeks to months of delay in shipping out products due to the understaffed and poor management Wage is so low that a single adult qualifies for state insurance benefits and food stamps
