Pros

Things have changed so much in the past year that basically every pro is no longer valid. I should have followed the first four out when they left. They saw that things were going in the wrong direction and the company was m tanking.

Cons

CEO is horrible. Only hires his friends from his previous company and micromanages everything. None of them have knowledge in this industry and are flying a plane while they trained to operate a submarine.

Pros

As I sit here today, there are really none... the days of being a great company are long gone.

Cons

Cronyism, favoritism, micromanaging, unrealistic expectations, abysmal technology, and a lot of lying. Benefits are decreasing even though they claim they are "always looking to add more". The culture is dead.
