This is a small organization which carries inherent cons but if you are passionate for education or looking for a small innovative organization to launch or deviate your career this is an amazing organization to work for.

Colleagues and staff were nice people. The students and families being served were great to work with. The curriculum used could be fun.

Cons

The company and upper management were very unorganized and mainly interested in profit for themselves without great benefits or rewards for the staff in the trenches. The pay was lousy considering the amount of work and responsibility they expected employees to assume. Inadequate training.
