Pros
Junior staff were nice enough to work with. Some of the non-full time consultants (dubbed 'experts' by RLC) were very helpful and knowledgeable. So knowledgeable in fact that they decided it probably wouldn't be wise to work full time for the firm.
Cons
Insane levels of micromanagement, endless meetings, slow career progression, low pay for the effort required. Flexible work isn't really flexible work when you're glued to Microsoft Teams 24/7 and trying to scrutinise every minute of your day so the firm can bill the client for it. The do-good client base of the firm allures many, but there are plenty of other firms now who have similar clients and compensate you better for your work (both with renumeration and work-life balance).
