Pros

Great mission. Passionate, smart, dedicated staff. Get to meet celebrity current and former Olympians and professional athletes.

Cons

Workload was intense. The leader of the team I worked under was hardworking and strategic, but borderline abusive and a bully.

Pros

Great people to work with, and you learn a lot from the job. Amazing organization that does fantastic work worldwide.

Cons

High turnover, and poor work-live balance among many of the employees. Little room for growth and often feel unappreciated when taking over tasks from people who leave.
