      Bad Management - Lots of Politics

      Pros

      Great co-workers especially those 2yrs and up. Passionate, dedicated, and respectful.

      Cons

      Since the company was bought by Bloom, things went to hell. They started hiring more people in the US, which should be ok but they are total racists and take things personally. You cannot get on their bad day, otherwise, you will get fired. This place used to have a heart, but now, it's all business and work. If you can't catch the drift, you're out.

      Pros

      Individuals who work here are passionate. Supportive work culture, great products, great management and flexibility for a happy work/life balance. Come up with great ideas and you will have the chance to execute them. The company is going from strength to strength with amazing, award-winning technology solutions and global customers (e.g. Fortune 50 + ASX 10). Watch this space!

      Cons

      A few expected growing pains with the recent acquisitions, but none in particular that affects me. The future looks bright!
