I've been with Riithink for about a year and a half. Recent grad with some marketing experience. Was brought on to the team and immediately given responsibility. The room to grow personally and professionally is definitely the biggest pro. Great team to work with, talented and skilled employees, fantastic clients and creative projects. Leadership is very transparent and open to new ideas. Truly "flat" organization that listens to employees. Very comfortable atmosphere, good benefits, relaxed schedules (vacation days, sick days, PTO, etc.).

Cons

Growing quickly, so office space is somewhat cramped. Also, the influx of new projects can be overwhelming at times.

Cons

Entrepreneurial spirit and sometimes high stressed environment. If you are not able to challenge yourself on a daily basis, this is not the right company for you.
