Overly Structured and Ambitious Should Re-Think Before

Cons
1. The company is still majorly financed through investments, thus there is no actual need for quality checks in design engineering* (Note: manufacturing engineering is a different set from design). 2. What means "no actual need for quality checks in the design engineering": 2.a non-existing quality checkups and/or mentorship, lack of experienced seniors to define approach (the industry is though young but...) 2.b non-existing processes 2.c non-existing responsible engineers for the quality and processes 3. Problematic promotions (i.e. hiring a person with no more than 2 years of experience in total, despite previously working in an attractive company, the question is whether that is enough to be a manager?). 4. Career paths and reward system is not transparent. 5. HR is non-responsive
