      Avoid like the plague

      Pros

      If you like throwing your degree away performing menial tasks and using broken down outdated equipment, then this is the job for you. You will sweep and mop, put out trash can fires, wash greasy jars, lift heavy nasty buckets every hour, and be told what to do by uneducated people who know nothing about science.

      Cons

      Dead end job with pay never passing $15/he with a degree unless you are family. Work happens in rotating 12.5 hour shifts. Meaning two weeks of day and two weeks of night; thus destroying your sleep cycle.

      Dedicated team of individuals, who keep safety and quality as their top priority. An established business of 12 years of hard work shows in their work ethics. Management has made HUGE strides to keep this business in optimal progression.

      None to share, except short staffed due to quality of personnel.
