Pros
Pros: Great flexibility with remote work, which made work-life balance easy to maintain. The team is small but collaborative — lots of opportunities to contribute ideas and make an impact. Projects are varied, so there’s never a dull moment. You get to work with different industries and clients. Good exposure to the full development cycle: from theme customization to plugin development and site optimization. Supportive environment for learning — I was encouraged to grow my skills in both backend and frontend aspects of WordPress.
Cons
Limited upward mobility — since it’s a smaller company, there aren’t a ton of leadership roles to move into.
