Tough industry. Working with tens of clients and hundreds of end users can be challenging. That's where the opportunities to learn and grow come from, but sometimes it can feel like trying to juggle too many balls.

Unlimited PTO should be a pro, but it’s a con. The turnover here is so high that you are constantly having more and more work piled on you with no hope in sight of reprieve. Taking a day off means working 2-3 to make up for it. You work from home, which is great, except you will work much longer than you anticipate to daily, unpaid. Pay is really low for the skills you bring and turnover is very high. In the multiple years I’ve worked here, I have seen dozens come and go. Even the people you think are well-liked get fired suddenly and the reasoning given is so vague and unhelpful. We all live in fear of being the next one who is tossed like trash. We pretend we’re happy and believe in the company to keep our jobs.
