      Feel incredibly grateful to be working for this mission-driven company because - I’m inspired every day by our entrepreneurial teams and Experts working together to solve our world's toughest challenges - I’m supported by my manager professionally (learning day to day on the job, domestic and international travel to work with our ventures, attending social impact conferences) and personally (moved from CA to remote office) - I’m supported by leadership team with HR policies to care for my family (paid parental leave)

      - This is not a 9-5 job. You will partner with your manager to determine your working hours that will best serve the needs of our teams and Experts in multiple timezones

      Pros

      Every person at Rippleworks cares so deeply about the mission and impact front and center. The work is dynamic, fast paced, and rewarding. You get to work with high caliber people both inside Rippleworks, with the ventures we support, and the experts that work on the project. It is an incredible environment to learn about the social impact, growing companies (including our own), and best practices in many functional areas.

      Cons

      Things change rapidly, you are pushed to deliver great work, and there is a constant urgency. Those things add up to not having much balance and lots of pressure to deliver. If you want absolute clarity on your career path (what role is next), this may not be the place for you.
