Flexible schedule but favoritism and poor management abound

Cons
If you're not on the inside (friends with mgmt etc), it's extremely apparent that you're on the outside. I read a similar review when I joined REG and this couldn't have been truer. Certain rules and allowances for some and others for most. Do not trust HR. I brought forward a concern around a long standing employees behavior at an event and it was clear that the person I spoke about knew I had said something. The consensus was "well that's just blank name" and to get over it. Leadership and Management has no clue what their vision is. Each new project feels like the first time. There are no project closeout meetings to review challenges or lessons learned. Just work on the next one and let's do it all over again. They promote company events but make you take vacation time to attend. Things like their stampede BBQ, hockey and golf events.
