      2 managers are very disrespectful and does not care about employees at all. I found out as I overheard them talking and the way they address the employees is as if they were slaves basically cash cows

      Pros

      Not micro manager and management trust completely their employees to deliver. Employees are always encouraged to have fun at work while still being productive. I learned of lot things during my stay in the company.
