Pros
Family environment, co-workers and leadership are invested in staff’s career development and advancement within the company. Atmosphere is flexible and great for anyone who’s ambitious and looks to take initiative.
Cons
No real cons, not much culture diversity within the company. Don’t believe the company is opposed to diversity, there’s just not much present unfortunately.

Management is really open to hearing suggestions and gives credit to those who contribute.
Cons
The company is a startup so there are some growing pains, but I think we are moving in the right direction. New hires need to be okay with working outside of what is in their job description.
