Since I've started, Rivell has not stopped blowing my mind. The ceiling for growth is not something that I have ever been able to see; there is always room to move up or move laterally to a different position. The work environment at Rivell is very relaxed, but the team is always able to come together on a moment's notice to take care of large/highly important issues. Every day is slightly different, which keeps work exciting, and it never gets boring. Everyone on the team is always willing to help each other and teach each other new skills, without belittling each other. I highly recommend Rivell to anyone in the IT field!
