      U end up working 11 hours No incentives No leaves U don’t get the papers U get bad reviews from them if you join the next company

      Quite friendly evironment and you can have good number of HR contacts, since they have lot of clients.

      Cons

      1)Your not sure of your salary until you achieve your target. 2)No bonus, insurance, PF . 3) Work Pressure is like Hell for the peanut salary they give you.
