      Pros

      None, this is the worst company that I have worked for in my career. The management is horrible including the President and especially the VP.

      Cons

      Run, I don't ever recommend working here. They cannot keep good talent. The organization has a revolving door. The best talent sees the poor management and disorganization off-the-bat!

      Pros

      Some of the people working here are nice. It's a great cause and the foundation does things in the community that no other organization does, and that many communities don't have at all.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Disregard for work/life balance. No evaluation.
