      Awful two-faced company

      Pros

      -The company doesn't expect much of you if you are working in the office at corporate. -Opportunity to grow within the company because so many people quit. -Relocation bonus available -Generous amount of PTO -Good benefits

      Cons

      -The CEO will say he "love's you" or "value's you" just to make it seem like he is on your side but in reality leadership team and him all turn their back on you. -The HR team is really bad at their job and sets you up for failure. They are very disorganized and unwilling to help you. Never responds to emails like they promise. -The whole company is two-faced and only care about their own selfish well-being because upper management doesn't hold people accountable. -HR team places favorites over certain employees and only help them succeed even if they have broken the law. -Many supervisors will expect more out of you than necessary, simply if they don't like you. -The leadership team will lie to you and make you think highly of themselves when in reality they crack jokes in meeting and make insignificant use of company time.

      RUN AWAY!!!!! FAR AWAY!!!

      None whatsoever. If you’re a favorite guy, you can watch TV all day.

      Cons

      Interview promises quick promotions and a position description that is completely different than what you’ll be doing. Management is discriminating. If you’re a young, good looking girl or a young naive guy, or a favorite, you’re fine. Management does not have the proper experience or training to be in the positions they’re in. It’s all about who kisses their rear ends. Management changes titles and will hold several at the same time. They really don’t know what they’re doing at all and have their heads up each other’s butts. NO PROPER TRAINING if you say ANYTHING that they don’t like or disagree with any policy change, even if illegal, they’ll make up a reason to get you out the door. QUICK!! They don’t want anyone making waves or questioning their decisions that put them in a place of liability. They’re too inexperienced to realize how dangerous these decisions are.

      A lot of false promises

      Benefits and 401k are ok.

      Cons

      Signed up for a 9 hour workday and working 16 hours per day and most weekends. As long as the job gets done, Management don't care about you. We are losing business due to poor leadership. I'm seeking other employment.
