I’ve worked here for almost two years, and I can genuinely say this is the happiest I’ve been at any company. I truly enjoy my role and the people I work with. While there are busy days (and stressful ones, like any job), that never takes away from the support and kindness that’s felt on a daily basis. Leadership is a huge strength here. Our CEO and COO are thoughtful, level-headed, and genuinely kind. They’re approachable, open to feedback, and willing to listen, which makes a big difference. There’s a strong culture of collaboration, and teams are always willing to help each other out or work through challenges together.
