- Great, thoughtful Founding team, and a real sense of mission. - Employee reliable, credible staff, who support company culture and have a get-things-done attitude.
Cons
- Supporting bio-techs means we have to adopt a different pace. Given the sector we operate within and the teams we support, this is understandable, and there are major consequences if something is actioned too quickly and without consideration.
