      Pros

      Management is one syringe away from overdosing and does not know how to manage a house at all. The clients and staff are all over the place and it doesn’t seem how it appears.

      Pros

      Like a family, enjoyed and passionate about my job duties, working closely day to day with the clients and building trusting relationships with them, freedom to take clients to do activities regularly, Passionate about the work i did there.

      Cons

      the company was somewhat under employed. felt like there wasn't a lot to grow within the company, very inconsistent with scheduling.
