I worked as an administrative manager at Rola for about 9 months and had a great experience there. The main advantages of work for me were flexible hours (I could only work part-time and we figured out the schedule that worked for everyone), clear communications within the team, opportunities for growth in fields that interested me the most.

There are many pros for working at Rola! To name a few...it is a small, friendly & inclusive team. Fantastic leadership team who are very approachable and motivating! Organized structure & they encourage collaboration and innovation. Staff and interns have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Rola's success & growth. Communication is consistent and effective. Flexible & accommodating scheduling policies. Thorough & smooth training/onboarding process.
