      Worst company, Bad policies, poor Management.

      Only positive is you can learn erp.

      Cons

      Poor management of the product. Lot of pressure. 3 years bond with certificates surrendered. No work life balance. Politics in top level management. Treating employees like school children.

      Fake job for Oracle consultant

      No pros as far as Employee is concerned

      Cons

      This company hires the fresher's or the people with no experience by submitting their document in the name of bond for three years and will give the software Engineer position and will make them work as Oracle consultant for 6 days a week with very very less monthly stipened. So if anyone not interested in this don't join this company, as they will extract their own work for their own benefit. No employee preference is being provided. Person suggestion don't join this company for puducheri location.

      And then Roadmap given risk interview training for 1 month and I love this and i reduce my fear now ..I love this
