If you challenge the ethics and misguided agenda of certain executive leadership, you get fired immediately. Transparency is preached but not practiced. Underpaid operational staff get overlooked for salary adjustments in order for CEO to hire and promote friends into made-up positions.

Very disorganized. A lot of changes being made very quickly, with important steps being skipped. No clear direction for your job, being asked to "wear multiple hats" because nobody's role is clearly defined, serious lack of communication and lack of oversight of certain members of management. Some of the management team treat people terribly but get to do whatever they want.
