      If you are spineless and have a knack for unqualified leadership to get unwarranted promotions to President or Chief titles, this is the place for you!!

      Cons

      Excessive waste of non-perishable food going to local landfills and pig farms, yetCEO gets rewarded for it after first year. If you challenge the ethics and misguided agenda of certain executive leadership, you get fired immediately. Transparency is preached but not practiced. Underpaid operational staff get overlooked for salary adjustments in order for CEO to hire and promote friends into made-up positions.

      Pros

      I love the team at Roadrunner, love the mission, and I was able to grow a lot within the company in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. A lot of changes being made very quickly, with important steps being skipped. No clear direction for your job, being asked to "wear multiple hats" because nobody's role is clearly defined, serious lack of communication and lack of oversight of certain members of management. Some of the management team treat people terribly but get to do whatever they want.
