Wonderful resource for the community - Terribly oppressive place to work.

Pros

Roadrunner's positive benefit to the community is undeniable. Wouldn't change a thing about their outreach, their great mission, and feeding all of New Mexico's hungry.

Cons

The competency of the Senior Staff is matched only by their entitlement and their outrageous unprofessionalism. The oppressive top-down approach (think: workplace 1989) to managing Roadrunner's staff, along with low pay and bare-bones benefits, makes for an unpleasant work environment.

POOR LEADERSHIP

Pros

Volunteers are amazing. Warehouse staff incredibly nice and care so much about the community. Benefits are nice, Pay is mediocre. unless you are senior leadership member.

Cons

CEO is incompetent. Senior leadership is very unprofessional. CEO has favoritism. Old leadership was terrible but this new leadership is by far worse. Would not be surprised if Roadrunner is run into the ground.
