      None as such.. startup culture and lookout for growth. You can ride it's bandwagon for a chance in e-commerce boom.

      Cons

      They do not keep up their word.. can defer ur job to God knows when... Don't keep a good communication.. do not share essential professional information.. there are a lot of cons

      Good tech brains in the product team. Few really good people to work with.

      Cons

      1. Waste HR team, no clarity in terms of anything. 2. No planning by management, works on hire and fire mode. 3.Lot of lies fly around at the organisational level. 4. You will be threatened by name of management , God knows it's true or a hoax. JOIN THIS ORGANISATION AT YOUR RISK, YOU CAN BE SACKED ANY DAY WITHOUT REASON. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THE HR TEAM, THEY ARE AWEFUL THAN POLITICIANS.
