      Pros

      Roadzen Technology is a good place to work. The work environment is collaborative and encourages learning. The previous issue of salary delays has been resolved. Operations are now running smoothly. Positive changes are clearly visible across the organization. The management is very supportive and approachable.

      Cons

      Work mode inconsistency: Tech teams have the option to work from home, while non-tech teams are required to work from the office. Lack of flexibility: This difference in work policies can sometimes feel unfair and affect team morale.
