Pros

If you're not looking to work too hard, just make sure you suck up to the right people and you'll get away with never having to really work.

Cons

Low pay, terrible management, especially in upper management. There's really no recognition for hard work, unless you're a sales person. Office workers get walked all over and taken advantage of. Benefits are not good, but they will make you feel like you they're doing you a favor by even offering medical. If you want to be under appreciated and overworked then this is the place for you.

Store atmosphere is top notch. Great team members. Senior management is very charismatic and motivational. Some of the best individuals I've ever had the oppotunity to work with.

Cons

Empty promises (manger-in-training). They gave a timeline but then did not follow it. "M.I.T.'s" hired after me were moved through the process faster. If you are decent selling on the floor, don't count on advancing. It's more of a popularity contest than a matter of who is the most qualified.

managers are evil in Fullerton. they mock mental illness. Homophobic. Joke about ki**ing houseless people. Scream in your face and chase after you threatening your job. HR won’t do anything to help you. Don’t complain because all they will do is make it uncomfortable for you and retaliate.
