A+ portfolio, put a lot of $ into new communities, experienced women in Management
Cons
They love those that always say "yes" to whatever the request or demand is. Only those stay and get promoted, and those who have a family or a life or a need outside of work will eventually be let go without notice and without just cause- I've seen it over & over & over. Friends with little to no experience (former waitresses, provocative models, and car sales backgrounds become Regional Managers within months or even a year of being a Leasing Agent for the 1at time) quickly. It's April Signore's and Kristi Kinsg way or the highway, plain and simple.
